i think it depends. my mom is always speeding around in her touareg, like 110 in a 65 but just gets a look if chp passes. i am pretty much guilty of being subculture in public. they have nothing better to do than hassle funny haired people around here. i guess it's the chance i take for my fashion ideals. i'm sure it's just like anywhere, you're just dependent on the officer's mood.
